CUVC及T400更換步驟
1. additionalinformations for changing of CUVC (over network/ Drive ES):
CUVC更換的附加信息（通過網絡 / Drive ES）
- setting back to factory settings is not necessary if CUVC is new
如果CUVC是新的就沒有必要設置回工廠設置
- switch off the electronics power
斷開電子模板的電源
- disconnect Profibus
斷開Profibus的連接
- replace CUVC
更換CUVC板
- switch on electronics power supply (no Profibus connected)
接通電子模板的電源（Profibus不要連接）
- set P060 = 4, P918 = Profibus address, P060 = 7
設置P060 = 4, P918 = Profibus 的地址, P060 = 7
- connect Profibus (all indicators are blinking of communication is ok)
連接Profibus（通訊正常的所有指示都在閃爍）
- check model number:
檢查模板的序列號
- if only CUVC is new, set P060 = 8, P070 = old inverter model number, P060= 7
如果CUVC板是新的，設置P060 = 8, P070 = 舊的逆變器序列號, P060 = 7
- if the complete inverter is new, this number isalready inside
如果完整的逆變器是新的，這個序列號已經存在裝置內
- check electronics software version P069.1 = 3.x, should be 3.4, otherwise upgrade the software / firmware version
檢查電子模板的軟件版本P069.1 = 3.x，使其成為3.4, 否則，更新軟件 / 固件版本
- download the parameters
下裝參數
- switch on the remaining fuses
接通其余的開關
2. additional information for changingthe T400 technology board:
更換T400工藝板的附加信息
- switch off the electronics power
斷開電子模板的電源
- remove the T400 / exchange to new one; put the dongle / software protection PAL into the new board
拔出T400 ，將該T400板上的看門狗（dongle）或著叫軟件保護器PAL取出，安裝到新的T400板上（沒有安裝該保護模塊的T400板可以被下裝程序，但運行中會出現報錯）。
- switch on the electronics power
接通電子模塊的電源
- open Simatic Manager
打開Simatic Manager
- change PG/PC setting in the Simatic Manager to DUST1 (COM1) connection
在Simatic Manager中更改PG/PC設置為DUST1 (COM1)連接方式
編譯（compile）硬件組態
- compile software (if problem with Library, open project with Library and change the CFC/Options/Customize/Compile options to “use Libraries from project”)
編譯（compile）軟件（如果有Library問題，打開有Library的項目，然后改變CFC/Options/Customize/Compileoptions to “use Libraries from project”）
- download software, ignore error message, next window choose “RESTART”
下裝軟件，忽略錯誤消息，在下面出現的對話窗口中選擇“RESTART”
- open DriveMonitor, make new setting with T400 parameters “SHEAR_LINES”
打開DriveMonitor，生成一個有T400參數的設置“SHEAR_LINES”
-> if “SHEAR_LINES” not exist, use “File/Learn Database” or go online andpress “Generate Database” to make new database
如果“SHEAR_LINES”不存在，使用“File/Learn Database”或者在線，然后按擊“Generate Database”生成新的數據庫
重新啟動電源（即將電子模板的電源關斷后重新接通）
將CUVC在線，其目的是要看T400的參數（即U 參數/H參數/C參數/L參數）
下裝T400參數
- make Power On Reset
在參數表的任務欄中選擇“Power On Reset”
ATTENTION:
注意以下故障處理
· the shear is not synchronized anymore
飛剪還不能同步
-> check parameter c704 if shear is in home position (1=yes, 0=no); if not,move to home position with jogging
首先檢查參數表中的參數c704，如果此時飛剪不在起始位（1＝起始位，0＝非起始位）；如果不在起始位，那么使用點動操作將飛剪調到起始位。
-> set parameter L728 to “1” and then to “0”again
隨后將參數L728先置為“1”，再置回到“0”
-> shear is synchronized
此時飛剪達到同步
· after compiling, you can not goonline any more
在程序被編譯之后，不能在線看程序
way1： for going online use backup project without compiling
方法1：用沒有編譯的備份項目在線
way2：after download and restart, online is ok
方法2：在下裝和重啟之后，在線功能正常
