GJ-301 銑床系統數控裝置采用先進的開放式體系結構,內置嵌入式工業 CPU 板卡,配置 8.4”彩色液晶顯示屏和標準機床工程面板,集成軸控制接口,通用(本機)I/O 接口,遠程(同步串行I/O)接口,網絡接口和 USB 接口。具有高性能、配置靈活、結構緊湊、易于使用、可靠性高的特點。
產品技術特點:
X,Y,Z 三軸聯動,可選配第四軸;
最小設定單位 0.001mm/0.001deg;
內嵌式高速軟 PLC,基本指令處理時間 3μs/setp,可以在線編輯梯形圖和查看梯形圖狀態顯示,實現 PLC 實時監控,另附帶 PLC 示波器查看功能和一鍵式上傳,下載功能;具有雙向螺距誤差補償,反向間隙補償,自動零漂補償,刀具長度補償,刀尖半徑補償功能;采用直線型和 S 曲線型加減速控制,適應高速,高精加工;
采用微小線段的動態前瞻處理,有效地實現小線段加工處理中的速度光滑和尖角過渡問題,從而改善工件的表面加工質量,提高加工效率;可車削公/英制、單頭/多頭的直螺紋,錐螺紋,端面螺紋,變螺距螺紋,及螺紋退尾處理;具有多種車削循環功能,粗車循環,端面粗車循環,型車復合循環,螺紋切削復合循環等;具有主軸恒定表面切削功能,主軸定位、定向功能,Cs 軸功能,和第二主軸控制功能;支持工件程序后臺編輯和操作,系統參數備份,報警履歷顯示,日志功能,集成中英文界面顯示,和利用 USB 實現一鍵式系統升級功能并且支持 PC 機與數控系統的遠程控制。
