Demo changed to also work on panels that do not support 'trigger after download'.
All messages are now downloaded first, and triggered later.
Number of instructions has increased from 10 to 15. New are:
IV_trigger_simple: broadcast message, triggers all displays on a serial line
IV_anvarup: update string value of alphanumerical variable
IV_Cl_mem: Clear display memory (deletes all messages)
IV_anvar_ins_str: creates string to insert alphanumerical value in user text of message
IV_bitmap_ins_str: creates string to insert bitmap in user text of message
