GJ-301 銑床系統(tǒng)數(shù)控裝置采用先進(jìn)的開(kāi)放式體系結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)置嵌入式工業(yè) CPU 板卡,配置 8.4”彩色液晶顯示屏和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)床工程面板,集成軸控制接口,通用(本機(jī))I/O 接口,遠(yuǎn)程(同步串行I/O)接口,網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口和 USB 接口。具有高性能、配置靈活、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、易于使用、可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。
產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特點(diǎn):
X,Y,Z 三軸聯(lián)動(dòng),可選配第四軸;
最小設(shè)定單位 0.001mm/0.001deg;
內(nèi)嵌式高速軟 PLC,基本指令處理時(shí)間 3μs/setp,可以在線編輯梯形圖和查看梯形圖狀態(tài)顯示,實(shí)現(xiàn) PLC 實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,另附帶 PLC 示波器查看功能和一鍵式上傳,下載功能;具有雙向螺距誤差補(bǔ)償,反向間隙補(bǔ)償,自動(dòng)零漂補(bǔ)償,刀具長(zhǎng)度補(bǔ)償,刀尖半徑補(bǔ)償功能;采用直線型和 S 曲線型加減速控制,適應(yīng)高速,高精加工;
采用微小線段的動(dòng)態(tài)前瞻處理,有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)小線段加工處理中的速度光滑和尖角過(guò)渡問(wèn)題,從而改善工件的表面加工質(zhì)量,提高加工效率;可車削公/英制、單頭/多頭的直螺紋,錐螺紋,端面螺紋,變螺距螺紋,及螺紋退尾處理;具有多種車削循環(huán)功能,粗車循環(huán),端面粗車循環(huán),型車復(fù)合循環(huán),螺紋切削復(fù)合循環(huán)等;具有主軸恒定表面切削功能,主軸定位、定向功能,Cs 軸功能,和第二主軸控制功能;支持工件程序后臺(tái)編輯和操作,系統(tǒng)參數(shù)備份,報(bào)警履歷顯示,日志功能,集成中英文界面顯示,和利用 USB 實(shí)現(xiàn)一鍵式系統(tǒng)升級(jí)功能并且支持 PC 機(jī)與數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程控制。
